EzyBiz India Refund Policy

 

At EzyBiz India, we constantly endeavor to improve and deliver the best accounting, Business setup, Taxation, financial or secretarial services to our client. However, in case you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately and we will understand and correct the situation.
30 Days Refund Policy
If an engagement is not progressing as per your expectations, you can request for a refund within 30 days of payment. However, refund would not be granted in case the reasons are external and beyond our control as mentioned elsewhere in this document. Further, cancellation fee of 20% would be deducted and only balance 80% fee would be refunded.
Change of Service
If the client wants to change the service, He/ She ordered for a different one, they can request this change of service within 60 days of purchase. The purchase price of the original service, less any earned fee and money paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties, will be deducted and the next service will be launched. In case of change of service, there will be no deduction of 20% as cancellation fee.
Request Refund
To initiate a refund request, please send an email to info@ezybizindia.in along with details of the transaction to begin the refund process. Refunds are normally processed within 2-3 weeks from the date of request along with all relevant information.
Factors outside our Control
The situations which are beyond our control are not covered by this guarantee or eligible for refund. For instance, delay in processing of client’s file by the Government authorities which might lead to delay in time, committed by us to clients, cannot be a reason for refund. Similarly, delay due to non proper functioning of government websites, non receipt of documents within time from the clients are factors outside our control and will not be eligible for refund.
Force Majeure
EzyBiz India shall not be considered in breach of its Satisfaction Guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a “Force Majeure Event”).
