- Tax Audit to be done by Auditors if TO>Rs 1 crore/5 crore( after end of FY)
- TP Audit- Transfer Pricing Audit need to be done in case of international transaction
- ROC Compliance- 4 Board meeting and 1 AGM need to be held( after end of FY)
- RBI Compliance- Form FLA need to be filed with RBI every year
- TP Returns- 2 TP returns need to be filed (after end of FY)
- TP Study needs to be done in case value of international transaction >Rs 1 crore.
